New Compressed Links add optional compression between Matrox ORIGIN nodes, allowing geographically dispersed media processing to remain under one timing and control plane without relying on fragmented IP protocols and gateway conversions between local and remote resources.

Deploy Dynamic Media Services with Kubernetes

A new Kubernetes-native operator handles the configuration and deployment of Matrox ORIGIN media services in separate containers, enabling applications to take advantage of Kubernetes-native workload placement, scheduling, resource limits, and isolation.

Matrox ORIGIN continues to advance the EBU's Dynamic Media Facility (DMF) vision with support for NMOS IS-05 switching of MXL receiver flows following BCP-007-03.
